I recently tried the Luxury Chocolate Day Cake from CakesPortal, and it was absolutely divine! Perfectly rich and moist, the chocolate flavor is deep and satisfying, ideal for any chocolate aficionado. I ordered the 1 kg size for a family gathering, and it was a hit! The eggless option was a great plus for our dietary needs. This cake not only tastes luxurious but also looks every bit as indulgent as it sounds. Highly recommend for any special occasion or just to treat yourself!

Customer Services has provided me with more than a satisfactory resolution to my problem/question when I needed it.

Yes, I was able to order products such as flowers n cards from Cakesportal. They were unable to locate the location. I asked customer service to provide the address of the nearest Cakesportal shop in Delhi. They did. The shop delivered the flowers to my husband within an hour after I called them. They were so cooperative that they took a photo of my arranged photos and sent it to me via WhatsApp. I paid to the Cakesportal shop. They were able to reach my address and they refunded me on the fifth day of cancellation.

They made a mistake so after I complained..not only they re-delivered but also sent me a free cake
