Yes, I was able to order products such as flowers n cards from Cakesportal. They were unable to locate the location. I asked customer service to provide the address of the nearest Cakesportal shop in Delhi. They did. The shop delivered the flowers to my husband within an hour after I called them. They were so cooperative that they took a photo of my arranged photos and sent it to me via WhatsApp. I paid to the Cakesportal shop. They were able to reach my address and they refunded me on the fifth day of cancellation.

They made a mistake so after I complained..not only they re-delivered but also sent me a free cakeExcellent service and product quality. Worth the price
