I was nervous when I saw negative reviews about Cakesportal...since I had ordered the cake before reading them. I was pleasantly surprised to find the right cake, of high quality and delivered on time. Cakesportal, thank you. Thank you Cakesportal.

Excellent service and flawless deliveries. Email is my best friend. I can always get help quickly when I have a problem. Highly recommended company.

Customer Services has provided me with more than a satisfactory resolution to my problem/question when I needed it.

Yes, I was able to order products such as flowers n cards from Cakesportal. They were unable to locate the location. I asked customer service to provide the address of the nearest Cakesportal shop in Delhi. They did. The shop delivered the flowers to my husband within an hour after I called them. They were so cooperative that they took a photo of my arranged photos and sent it to me via WhatsApp. I paid to the Cakesportal shop. They were able to reach my address and they refunded me on the fifth day of cancellation.

They made a mistake so after I complained..not only they re-delivered but also sent me a free cake

Excellent service and product quality. Worth the price
