I only love cakes made from Cakesportal.

My sister-in-law's birthday was in May, and due to covid guidelines, we couldn't go to her. I ordered a cake from Cakesportal for my sister-in-law. Although it wasn't my first order, I was still apprehensive about the delivery time. The gift and the cake were delivered on time, despite me ordering them late. She was delighted to receive the gift and cake, and she shared photos.

Yes, I was able to order products such as flowers n cards from Cakesportal. They were unable to locate the location. I asked customer service to provide the address of the nearest Cakesportal shop in Delhi. They did. The shop delivered the flowers to my husband within an hour after I called them. They were so cooperative that they took a photo of my arranged photos and sent it to me via WhatsApp. I paid to the Cakesportal shop. They were able to reach my address and they refunded me on the fifth day of cancellation.

They made a mistake so after I complained..not only they re-delivered but also sent me a free cake
