This is the second time I ordered a cake. It was difficult to know when to place my order, but Shivam and the staff helped me.

This made the occasion more joyful and sweet.

I only love cakes made from Cakesportal.

My sister-in-law's birthday was in May, and due to covid guidelines, we couldn't go to her. I ordered a cake from Cakesportal for my sister-in-law. Although it wasn't my first order, I was still apprehensive about the delivery time. The gift and the cake were delivered on time, despite me ordering them late. She was delighted to receive the gift and cake, and she shared photos.

I am grateful that you addressed my concerns and responded to the issue. Given the embarrassment caused by the issue, I was almost discouraged. I want to thank you for resolving the matter. I have restored my faith in the company. It's greatly appreciated! Many thanks.

Yes, I was able to order products such as flowers n cards from Cakesportal. They were unable to locate the location. I asked customer service to provide the address of the nearest Cakesportal shop in Delhi. They did. The shop delivered the flowers to my husband within an hour after I called them. They were so cooperative that they took a photo of my arranged photos and sent it to me via WhatsApp. I paid to the Cakesportal shop. They were able to reach my address and they refunded me on the fifth day of cancellation.

They made a mistake so after I complained..not only they re-delivered but also sent me a free cake

Excellent service and product quality. Worth the price

They provide great services, I love them.

Cakesportal had sent me flowers to my mother. After placing my order, I read negative reviews. However, the flowers and arrangement that arrived today (in time and without any hassles whatsoever), were great. I was more than impressed with their product. Their service is highly recommended. Their product and services were excellent.

They provide great services, I love them. Isn't cake delicious
