A Small Celebration, Centered On Their Day
Surprise needs a bit more thought when someone's in hospital. They could be busy, not on their phone or they can’t come out to collect an order. Arrange a time that is suitable with a family member or anyone else who can take receipt of the cake.
The celebration itself may be simple. A favorite flavor, a familiar face and a few minutes together might make you think. Order the cake for the people who will eat it, not for the occasion.

If the cake is for a patient, check first with the person caring for them to ensure this is okay and allowed.
Pick a cake that’s easy to share.
Just imagine where they will cut the cake. House nearby maybe plates, knife and fridge space. If you are serving a small group elsewhere you might want to select a smaller cake and simpler finish for easier transportation and serving.
See product description for flavor, filling, weight and decoration information. Pictures help get the look, but they can’t tell you everything about the cake.
| Your plan | What to consider |
|---|---|
| A birthday with a few family members | A modest cake weight and a flavour they enjoy |
| A thank-you for a team | The number of people sharing it and a convenient break time |
| A celebration at a nearby home | Serving size, other desserts and fridge space |
| A personalised surprise | Whether the selected cake supports your message or photograph |
Be Clear about the Transfer
Name of hospital alone may not be enough information for delivery person. Please let us know the name of the recipient, active mobile number, full address and any helpful instructions to find the agreed collection point.
See where to pick up the order. Access to wards, departments or other areas may be restricted so please make arrangements for someone to collect it at a permitted location. If you are ordering from another city, provide that person with the delivery details ahead of time.
If you are looking for an address near Batra Hospital then please add building/house number and street information. “Use the hospital as the landmark with the real address of delivery.
Speak as you might
The message on the cake does not need to be formal. A short Happy Birthday Mom or Thank you for everything can feel more personal than a long greeting.
Use small words so they can be read easy on the cake you select. If you are planning a celebration for yourself please double check the names and spelling before placing your order.
Check the details before paying
Please verify the cake according to your need of flavor, weight, message and delivery time to confirm the cake order at Batra Hospital. View the available slots for your cake and date, and any delivery charges.
Choose a time when a person will be available to receive the order and make sure that adequate storage is provided until it is served. A good handover plan means you get to use the few minutes you’ve set aside together.
